More BT Markers and Accessories

29 06 2007

We’ve really stepped up the selection on BT paintball markers these days. From very humble beginnings they have grown into a powerhouse company and this year’s line up has something for every recreational, woods and scenario paintball player.

What’s awesome about BT markers is their modular design. The BT-4 Combat… BT-4 Combat

is the base model featuring a main body with two long tactical rails, a righthand feed that slides forward for easy on-field breech cleaning, foregrip and accepts the popular A5 barrel thread. Maintanence is minimal and the reliability and build is awesome. Based on this simple design they also offer the CQB (Close Quarter Battle) style of the BT-4 SWAT, the AK look of the BT-4 Banshee, the M16 feel of the BT-4 Assault or the fully loaded BT-4 Ironhorse featuring an M16 Apex Barrel.

All these models are also available in a full ACU Digital Camo finish and the Banshee can be had with a sweet woodgrain look stock!

Of course, there are tons of accessories that let you build your BT-4 a la carte. One of the most common upgrades is the Electronic Gripframe for speeding up the rate of fire and burst/ full auto options. For those playing with CO2 they offer two expansion chambers to improve the gas efficiency and consistency, the standard model and one styled after an M16 magazine. If you don’t need an expansion chamber but still like the look of a magazine they’ve got you covered as well with the BT-4 M16 Clip that simply bolts onto the tac rail in front.

The popular collapsible CAR stock is available in composite or aluminum but the one I’m really diggin’ is the F.E. model. Its lightweight and with a rubber buttplate for comfort and grip against your shoulder. There’s a little storage compartment as well for those little itty bitty things you might lose on the field or for secret mission items during a scenario game.

We now have all models of the Apex Barrel in standard, M16 and AK…

but one product I’m really excited to have now is the BT-4 Bipod. These will mount through any m16/ m4 style barrels foregrip to steady your aim for those one ball sniper shots or when laying down a barrage at range. Two spring loaded legs with rubber feet fold up under the barrel when not in use. If you don’t have an M16 barrel on your marker you need not worry, as BT also made a Bipod Barrel Adapter to let you mount it to virtually any paintball barrel out there.

Wow… I actually didn’t realize just how much BT stuff we have now. I would run out of the space they let me post at one time. Go check out our website and type “BT” in the search bar on the homepage. Its an impressive line up of hardcore woodsball, recreational and scenario paintball gear. Every time I think BT can’t be any more creative they wow me with something new.

Planet Eclipse Cerberus Gear Bags and 07 Egos!

23 06 2007

Planet Eclipse from England crashed the paintball gear bag market last year with the Covert Opps Bag, stylish yet loaded with features that made everyone wonder how they didn’t think of that before. This year, true to their reputation of never resting, they just released the Cerberus Kit Bag.

Not only is there lots of room for all your gear, but the top main flap is sturdy so the ends do not collapse in on themselves. The middle foam panel protects two markers and divided compartments keeps your tanks, loaders and clothing easy to find. The separate end section is sturdy so as not to crush your goggles. Its one of the sturdiest gear rolling gear bags you can buy with the added bonus of cool looking urban camo for flair.

Also, we have a large shipment of the 07 Egos in next week! This is the most sought after high end marker in the world and with good reason. Incredibly fast and amazingly gas efficient with a size and weight that you can’t appreciate until its in your hands. Last time we got these in they were all gone in 48 hours so if you’ve been looking for one place your order now!

More Tiberius Products

16 06 2007

Was going to post this Monday, but these new toys are too cool to wait…

I remember way back in the day of big woods fields when all the serious paintball players carried a pistol for backup, usually a PGP or Nelspot. All the great stories in between games usually had “So there I was, going for my backup…” somewhere in the middle of it. This tradition died out when fields and games became shorter and shorter until the whole idea of a paintball pistol nearly died out.

With the return of woodsball and the rise of scenario play, carrying a paintball pistol is the new cool. You see them in a tactical holster ready to make the last stand or as a player’s lone marker for the challenge of being the underdog. The pistol system that is leading the pack is hands down the Tiberius system.

The Tiberius pistol is constructed of aluminum and tough polymer. The quality of construction is first rate. The base model takes an 8 round magazine that loads into the grip like a traditional automatic. The 12gr CO2 cartridge is also housed within the mag and is sealed before loading and after ejection, meaning you don’t need to reload CO2 the same time as paintballs. Each time you load a fresh mag you are also putting in new CO2. You get about 4-5 mag’s worth of shots per each cartridge. The velocity is simple to adjust, maintainence is easy and their accuracy surprises everyone… including your opponents.

We originally sold the base model pistol but due to demand we are expanding with more of the Tiberius line. We have the Player’s Pack with pistol, holster, extra magazine and pouch for those wanting the whole package. The SOCOM edition features a threaded barrel to accept a mock silencer and laser sight with touchpad to put that intimidating red dot on their chest before firing.

Tiberius, dedicated to the true scenario player, have now branched out into converting the base pistol into something for every player. The T9 Pro and T9 Elite are the next evolution of their product. You know how all the James Bond movies have the mysterious assassin carrying a case around? They open it up and slowly assemble a sniper rifle to go do the dirty work with? Thats the feeling you get when you first open up the T9’s hardcase. Both models include a redesigned pistol with lots of tac rails, remote hose adapter and a righthand feedneck if you feel like using a conventional hopper instead of the supplied magazine. The Pro comes with a barrel extension, flash hider, foregrip, laser sight and collapsible stock. The Elite comes all of the above, PLUS a tactical flashlight, mock scope red dot sight, mock silencer and bipod! Each set is a whole system where components can be mixed and matched to the scenario you are playing.

Tiberius obviously listens to the demands of scenario players and keep innovating with some the coolest and inventive designs I have seen in years of playing paintball.

Empire Deals

15 06 2007

In preparation for our big roll out of the new Empire gear this fall, we picked other choice Empire parts as well… the price was right for us so the price is right for you.

Empire Quick Flip On/Off ASA ($19.95)- This is a solid on/off with a dovetail groove to fit on virtually all rails and dropforwards with a 3/8″ dovetail mount. The flip lever is big so you can turn work it even with gloves on.

Empire On/Off ASA ($14.95)- A great budget ASA that doesn’t skimp on the finish! Fits 3/8″ dovetails as well.

Empire Micro Mini Drop Forward Rail ($14.95)- The perfect fit to the two ASAs above and anodized to match! Moves your tank juuuuust a bit forward to help balance the tank under your marker.

Empire Revolver 7pc Barrel Kit for Spyder ($99.95)- We picked up a bunch of these awesome barrel kits in Spyder thread that come in a snug and padded case that doesn’t take up half your gear bag. Five inserts from .684 to .696 to match up any paintball you need to shoot and a ported front for a total length of 14 inches. Unfortunately, these kits won’t fit the Spyder VS3, MR2 or MR3.

Empire 06 Ventz Slide Shorts ($24.95) - I saw these and had to buy a set myself. What’s nice about these slide shorts is that they are not a full short…they’re snug around the waist and then strap around your thigh. That way they breath and don’t bind up.

Empire Lens Case ($15.95) - This sturdy case will hold your spare goggle lenses without getting crushed and gouged up in your gear bag. Now when you want to switch to a tinted lens because the sun came out you don’t find a big crack down the middle from your marker stomping it like Godzilla.

We also have more colors of Halo/ Reloader B shells in stock as well. Pearl Blue, Rust, and the disco Diamond fleck shells !

VL Revolution Eye Force Loaders Now In Stock!

12 06 2007

Just a quick word to let you all know that the Viewloader Revolution Eye Force Loaders in Black or Smoke are in stock and ready to ship! I checked one out as soon as they hit the receiving dock and I am really impressed. The build is solid and the smooth lines of the body will make wiping down between games easy. They hold just shy of 200 paintballs and the internals obviously borrow from the very successful Vlocity and Vlocity Jr, utilizing a carousel-style feed with a three bladed drive cone to gently push the paint down the feedneck. The factory claims 20 balls per second… put one on my Ion set to maxed ramping and it never skipped a shot, even when shooting up to half the loader at a time.

Every time I think I have enough loaders at home already, something like this comes along and makes me have to have it. The nice part about the Eye Force is that it performs and costs less than every other forcefeed loader on the market right now. Viewloader keeps proving that the original maker of electronic loaders still have a few tricks up their sleeve.

Smart Parts Pewter Epiphany And Ion Price Drop

7 06 2007

On its way from Smarts Parts is a new color for the Epiphany… Pewter with Black Highlights! Pewter is one of the hot new colors for markers this season and this one is going to definitely attract some attention if its in your hands. Did you know that the new color Epiphanies and other SP markers are being done by the same company that does all the custom plating for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles? With that kind of reputation at stake you know the finish is flawless!

Also in the news is that the Ion is back at the low price of $199.95 and we have a wider range of factory replacement parts in stock such as Ion Grease, Detents, Hose Kits, Screws, and Wire Harness. If you need to replace the eyes, consider Virtue Laser Eyes and upgrade while you’re at it. Really, you should always have these handy in a small parts box when you go out to play. Every time I go to the field I see people ruin their day just because they don’t have a low cost part on them and I’ve saved many a sad kid’s play because I always carry them in my gear bag.
